What reviewtal.com collects, who else sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
This notice explains what reviewtal.com does with personal data. The honest summary is that the site is built to need almost none, so most of the sections below say “nothing”.
Controller: Hammad Qaiser, House No 78/2, Lane 17, Phase 7, Khy-e-Badar, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. Contact: hammad@reviewtal.com, +92 343 3043136.
Reading the board
You can read every page on this site without giving us anything. There is no account, no sign-in wall, no analytics of our own, no advertising pixel, no social embed and no fingerprinting script. The web server keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, time, page, browser string — as any server does, for security and fault-finding. They are kept by the hosting provider for a short period and are not used to build a profile or joined to anything else.
When you do give us something
| What | Why | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| The contact form: your name, email, chosen topic, the store or code you mention and your message | To answer you, and to check or pull the offer you told us about | Legitimate interest in answering correspondence | 24 months, then deleted |
| The email list: your email address | To send the weekly email you asked for | Consent, given by submitting the form | Until you unsubscribe |
Nothing else is collected anywhere on this site. There is no tracking pixel in the email and no profiling of who opens what.
Who else sees it
- The hosting provider stores the site and its database, and therefore holds anything the forms save, as a processor acting on instructions.
- The mail provider carries messages sent from and to the site’s address.
- Nobody else. Your data is never sold, rented, swapped or handed to an advertiser, a retailer or an affiliate network. There is no exception to this and no “trusted partners” clause hiding one.
What the retailers see
When you press a code control you leave this site. From that moment the retailer and its affiliate network are their own controllers, handling your visit under their own privacy notices. They set a cookie so a sale can be attributed back here. What reaches us in return is an anonymised line in a commission report: a date, an order value and a fee. Never your name, your basket or your card.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of anything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to it being held at all, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hammad@reviewtal.com. You will get an answer within 30 days, and there is no charge. If you are in the EU or UK and unhappy with the answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA rights to know, delete and opt out of sale apply — and since nothing is ever sold, the opt-out is satisfied by default.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Using it removes your address from the list, and no confirmation email is sent afterwards.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and nothing on it is designed to appeal to them. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write and it will be deleted.
Security and transfers
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in the site’s own database on the hosting provider’s infrastructure. The publisher is based in Pakistan, so data reaching the inbox is processed there; where personal data originates in the EEA or UK it is transferred on the basis of your explicit request that we answer you.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the change is described at the top of this page. It was last written on 17 September 2026.
