Terms of Service
The terms for using reviewtal.com, including the copyright and DMCA takedown route.
These terms govern your use of reviewtal.com. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impossible to read.
The site is published by Hammad Qaiser, House No 78/2, Lane 17, Phase 7, Khy-e-Badar, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan — see the imprint.
1. What this site is
Reviewtal is an independent publisher. It lists coupon codes and offers from third-party retailers. It does not sell anything, take payment, hold stock, ship, or act as agent for any retailer. Every purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer alone, on that retailer’s terms.
2. Offer information
Offers come from retailers’ own feeds and campaigns and are reproduced in good faith with their dates and conditions. Retailers change, cap and withdraw promotions without notice, and a code that worked an hour ago can be refused now. We therefore cannot and do not guarantee that any code will work, that any discount will apply to your basket, or that any product is in stock or at the price shown. The terms displayed at the retailer’s checkout are the ones that bind.
3. Fair use of the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site or any part of it systematically, republish its listings as a dataset, use automated means to harvest offers, misrepresent it as your own, or interfere with its operation.
4. Our content
The design, layout, wording, code and generated marks on this site belong to the publisher. Retailers’ names and trade marks belong to those retailers and are used here only to identify whose offer is being described; no affiliation or endorsement is implied by that use. Photographs are licensed stock images used to illustrate a category — they are not product shots and no retailer’s logo is reproduced anywhere on this site.
5. Copyright and takedown
If you own rights in a name, a mark or an image used on this site and want it removed, write to hammad@reviewtal.com naming the page and the material. The material comes down while the claim is looked at — no form, no fee and no requirement to explain yourself first. If a formal DMCA notice is preferred, send the elements 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) requires: your signature, identification of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement made under penalty of perjury. Counter-notices are handled under the same section.
6. Links out
This site links to retailers and, occasionally, to other third parties. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and are not responsible for what happens on them. Most outbound retailer links are commercial — see the affiliate disclosure.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from using this site or relying on its listings, including a code being refused, a promotion ending, a price changing or a retailer failing to honour its own offer. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device in the Cookie policy.
10. Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page. They are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any consumer right you have in your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement.
